Product Overview

Polyester is an economical and readily accessible standard fiber utilized in various sectors for industrial air filtration. It is characterized by its remarkable tensile strength and resistance to oxidation, along with commendable mechanical stability.

Aero Filters provides polyester baghouse filter bags designed for applications at lower temperatures where chemical exposure and humidity levels are minimal, such as in baghouses aimed at controlling dust in aggregate processing. The operational temperature for polyester reaches up to 150°C, with occasional surges up to 170°C, making it one of the lowest temperature options in our product range. Due to its limited performance in humid conditions, this fiber is best suited for dry environments with low levels of acids and alkalis.
